Holiday Hair Care Never Fear

We are in the thick of the holiday season, there is no turning back, only moving forward!!!

The holidays can be one of the most stressful times of the year. Parties to attend, presents to wrap, errands to run, houses to decorate. The list goes on and on. It feels like it will never stop.

So while giving yourself some time to rest and relax, be sure to follow these five steps to take care of your hair during the holidays:

# 1 – don’t over do it – shampoo your hair 2-3 times a week

# 2 – let your hair dry naturally, avoid the heat when you can

#3 – if you do use heat, use a heat protectant when blow-drying

# 4 – a root lifter or a mousse is great to add volume in the winter season

and finally….

#5 – do conditioning treatments every 6 weeks.
